How much time should I commit to the program each week?

Beyond our 90-minute weekly group sessions, plan for 2-3 hours of implementation and practice. This includes brief daily practices, preparation for our sessions, and applying your learnings in your real-world leadership situations. The program is designed to integrate naturally into your existing commitments, transforming the communications you're already having.

Will this help with my specific challenges like negotiating promotions or handling difficult team conversations?

Yes! Lumina addresses the full spectrum of leadership communication. You'll receive personalized coaching on your specific challenges, whether that's salary negotiations, executive presentations, or team dynamics. Our small group format ensures you get individual attention while learning from peers' experiences.

What makes Lumina different from other communication programs?

While many programs focus on scripts and techniques, Lumina helps you discover and amplify your natural leadership presence. Through our unique blend of executive coaching, practical communication tools, and authentic leadership development, you'll develop a communication style that's genuinely yours - not a borrowed persona.

How does the group dynamic work? I'm concerned about sharing in front of others.

We carefully curate each Lumina cohort to ensure a supportive, confidential environment. Our groups are limited to 6 participants, and we establish strong trust agreements from day one. This program was developed with group synergy in mind, offering unique perspectives and creating lasting professional relationships.

What if I can't attend all the live sessions?

While live participation offers the richest experience, we understand leaders have demanding schedules. All sessions are recorded for review, and we provide alternative times for your 1:1 coaching sessions. We recommend attending at least 80% of live sessions to get the full benefit of peer learning and real-time feedback.
