FAQs
Do I need any acting or improv experience?
Absolutely not. In fact, many participants find it easier with no prior experience. All exercises are designed for leaders, not performers, the focus is always on your leadership presence, never on entertainment.
What's your cancellation policy?
A CHF 200 deposit is required to secure your place and is fully refundable until 6 April. The remaining balance is due no later than 18 April (21 days before the event). For cancellations received more than 21 days before the event (before 18 April), participants are entitled to a 50% refund of the total participation fee paid. No refunds are available for cancellations made within 21 days of the event (from 18 April onwards). If you are unable to attend within 21 days of the event, you may transfer your place to a colleague at no additional cost, subject to prior written notice.
Will I have to perform in front of others?
You'll be invited to practice in pairs and small groups, but nothing is forced. The space is designed to feel safe enough that you'll want to step into stretch, not be pushed into it.
What if I'm quite senior / very experienced as a leader?
This workshop is designed for leaders at all levels. Senior leaders often find it the most powerful, because the permission to be genuinely present, rather than authoritative, is so rare.
Can my company sponsor multiple participants?
Yes, the corporate rate is CHF 1,400/person (includes formal invoice). Include this in your application and we will make the necessary arrangements.
Improv doesn't teach you to be funny.*
It teaches you to be present.
*Fun, however, is basically guaranteed, and funny tends to follow.
